Enjoy being a guest at this delightful Victorian Bungalow that sleeps four people.The cottage is a fully equipped self-catering two bedroomed Victorian styled home with private lounge, separate kitchen, plus dinning alcove and scullery. Boyander Cottage offers the following facilities for guests to enjoy: Fully enclosed garden with palisade fencing that also has electric fencing. The whole perimeter is monitored by a security company and the company provides a service that will escort guests safely into the house if they wish, as well as paramedic emergency service; Enclosed gated shade net parking; Front "old style" stoep/patio Outside "built-in" braai with garden furniture; Gardens are well mantained; Open plan kitchen and dining area, with toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, fridge and microwave oven; Seperate scullery/laundry with iron & ironing board and washing machine; Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet, towels provided, toilet amenities are provided to see you through the first evening; Main bedroom with double bed, bed linen and electric blankets provided; Second bedroom with two single beds; Lounge with television, DVD machine; Built in cupboards providing plenty of packing space; Wall safe in main bedroom; Pre-paid telephone in entrance with pre-paid voucher to use, especially in an emergency; Tea/Coffee supplies to see you through the fisrt evening; Wall mounted heaters to keep you warm in the winter; Free standing fans available for the summer months; Clocks, hairdryer and radio provided; Boyander Cottage is not serviced daily and you will be responsible in keeping the cottage clean and tidy. A cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost.The cottage is a smoke free establishment and all rooms have been fitted with smoke detectors. Sorry no pets can be accommodated. |
